Shipping

Trudy Workshop items are handmade to order. This means that not all purchased items will be ready to ship immediately after order. Normal turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from purchase to shipment. 

You will receive notification when your order is ready for shipment. Please reach out to trudy@trudyworkshop.com if you have any questions.

All items are shipped via USPS and will have a tracking number. Expedited shipping is available at check out if you need. 

Returns & Exchanges

At Trudy Workshop I try to make sure every customer is happy with their Trudy! Please note that because all pieces are hand cut and sewn in San Francisco. There may be slight variations from one bag to another making each bag special and uniquely yours. All bags are carefully constructed with love and care. If you've changed your mind about your order or you're unhappy for any reason please reach out via email within 10 days of delivery for an exchange for another item or shop credit. Unfortunately Trudy Workshop does not offer returns.  Reach out to trudy@trudyworkshop.com to initiate this process. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping return costs.
